To cancel items that aren’t dispatched yet:

  1. Go to Your Orders
  2. Select the item and click Cancel items

Note: Your order will be cancelled instantly and a refund will be processed to your original payment method, if the payment was already made. Know more about refund processing timelines from here.

If your order is already dispatched: Select the Request cancellation option and the item(s) will be returned to us for a refund (if the payment is already made). In case you’re still contacted for delivery, please refuse it.

If your order is shipped directly by the Seller and not by Amazon: Please contact the seller to request cancellation. Know more about Contacting Third-Party Sellers.
